Imagine taking your vision – a business, a book, or your own personal brand – and seeing it take center stage on large media outlets like Vogue, Oprah Magazine, People, and the Today Show.
In 2015, with a lot of hard work and careful planning, I was able to make this happen. A stay-at-home mom at the time, I took a vision for a unique wellness product and saw it hit the marketplace at record speed, becoming an instant hit among consumers, celebrities and large-scale media publications. And I did it all while working from my kitchen counter.
So, how did this happen? It’s a question I’m asked all the time by fellow entrepreneurs hoping to take their brands to the next level. Looking back, I can see that I took some very clear and measurable steps in building my breakout brand.
Without knowing it at the time, I had worked out a formula that can be applied to other wellness brands to cut through the noise and get the attention that they deserve.
As a brand coach specializing in the wellness industry, I’m passionate about sharing actionable insights on building brands that connect on a meaningful level with the consumer. But I also know that success of any kind must take into account more than just a cut and paste formula. What I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is that miracles happen when we work from a place of balance and spiritual connection.

I often joke that I am just another employee of my company, as it really does seem to have a life of it’s own. I’ve watched it take off at record speed and hit milestones I’d only ever imagined in my wildest dreams. I really do believe that this success has stemmed from my commitment to remaining rooted in my own sense of spirituality.
